Mira Pumped to Combi / High-Pressure Conversion Service – Platinum & Vision

Had your boiler changed, or upgraded your home from a low-pressure water system to a combi boiler or other high-pressure supply?

You may be able to keep your existing Mira digital shower. We convert Mira Pumped valves to High-Pressure / Combi operation, avoiding the cost and plumbing alterations associated with replacing the complete shower system.

Mira Platinum

The Mira Platinum normally converts successfully using modifications within the original valve. Our fixed-price conversion includes:

• Conversion from Pumped / Low Pressure to Standard / High Pressure
• Complete overhaul of the valve
• Replacement of the components required for conversion
• High-pressure soak and operational testing
• Return postage

Mira Vision

The Mira Vision behaves differently when converted from pumped to high pressure. During our development and final pressure testing, we found that conversion of the valve alone does not provide the level of reliability we require.

We therefore use additional control/isolation hardware with the Vision conversion. This protects the converted valve from continuous mains pressure and has increased our conversion success rate to close to 100%.

Because this requires additional components and assembly, Mira Vision conversions are priced higher than Mira Platinum conversions.

Important

We can normally convert working valves only. If your valve already has a fault, this will need to be diagnosed and repaired before or during the conversion. We also offer this repair service.

Where possible we retain your original housing, controls and associated equipment, meaning no plumbing alterations should normally be required at your shower.

Turnaround is normally 3 working days from receipt.

Return delivery is by UPS 24-hour tracked service. A telephone number is required for the courier.

As this is a conversion/upgrade of used equipment, the service includes a 3-month limited warranty.

Due to popular demand, we can now also convert the older grey Mira digital valves.

Please note: This listing is for the conversion/repair of your own Mira Digital Valve. You are not purchasing a reconditioned or second-hand replacement valve.
