Digital Valve Repair Service – Rada / Mira / Kohler

We offer a fixed-price service for your Digital Valve (specific models as shown in the images only), which includes the cost of return postage. Please note that this price does not cover the cost of replacement parts. Typically, our service/repair process does not require spare parts, as the design’s few weak points can often be fixed without them. However, if spare parts are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any replacements.

Should parts need to be replaced, we have a substantial stock available, and our charges are as follows:
– Stepper Motor: £46
– Mains Pump: £45 (Only for the Mira pumped version)
– Main PCB: from £67

Some parts may be sourced from our demo stock and are in nearly new condition. In 2007, we acquired hundreds of Mira Valves and parts, which are now surplus to our needs, allowing us to offer them at these low prices.

The turnaround time is 3 working days after we receive your faulty valve. Returns are handled via UPS with a 24-hour trackable service (a phone number is required for this service).

We provide a three-month warranty on our repair services due to the high demand and confidence in our work. We have also extended our service to include Grey processors. If you need a loan unit while yours is being serviced, please request a loan processor that matches your model.

To prevent potential malfunctions due to control failure, we strongly recommend sending the control unit for testing as well. The minor inconvenience of removing and sending the control unit is negligible compared to the valuable knowledge gained regarding its operational status or faults.

Please note that this is a repair service, not an offer for reconditioned or second-hand Digital Valve.
