Aqualisa Digital Processor Replacement Spindle and Motor for black/orange/purple – set of 2

Aqualisa processors develop water leaks from the case due to numerous factors and “split spindle” is the most common one. Typically this type of damage is indicated by a rusty motor or a water leak at the connecting point between the motor and the water housing.

Spindles split due to the plastics’ fatigue from thermal expansion and contraction, loss of elasticity, hard water, etc.

These spindles are not the original Aqualisa spindles as they will split again, but specially engineered to prevent this from re-occurring. The material is the same, the overall geometry is maintained, but the stem is larger. Furthermore, the tooling was specifically developed to allow for any material tensions to be equally distributed through the part thus ensure no specific vulnerabilities are present. This makes installation a little harder, requiring some extra force, but the life is extended numerous times.

It is recommended that all O-rings are replaced too. These are sold separately
