Full UK Out of Warranty Repair Service of “Thermomix & Hotmix” – all models

We will service your Thermomix & Hotmix for a fixed price which includes return postage (UPS). Usually there are parts needed, but we will communicate this with you and only commence with the repair upon approval.

Turn around is 5 working days after receipt of your Thermomix & Hotmix.  The return is via UPS 24 hour trackable service.

As with all our repair services we can only offer three months limited warranty.

Occasionally customers donate or sell old equipment in support of our good work and for the benefit of others.  If you have an equipment of this type gathering dust and wish to donate it we will send a prepaid label and on receipt donate £30 to Rett Syndrome Research Trust UK.

PLEASE NOTE: The service and assessment of this appliance is non-refundable, should replacement parts are not available or if we fail to repair your Thermomix.
