Due to the complexity of electronic boards, switches, and mechanical arrangements in every Vorwerk Thermomixer, it is not practical to provide an extensive list of specific components that may be used during servicing. Creating and managing such a list for each repair would significantly increase the time and, therefore, the cost of servicing. Instead, based on our experience, we have developed a few repair bundles that encompass the average parts cost for common repairs. Our main goal is to minimize administrative tasks and restore your machine to optimal working condition.

Each bundle includes all necessary parts and labor, and we will contact you before starting any service. To ensure the quality of our repairs, we do not replace just one or two parts. Instead, we complete a full bundle repair to ensure your machine is functioning properly, not merely patched up.

Your service payment covers the work required to address simple issues, a thorough cleaning of the machine, and an assessment to determine if further repairs are needed. By choosing a repair bundle, you authorize us to carry out the repair and cover its associated cost. If the bundle price exceeds your anticipated repair budget, we can either return the machine to you or offer you a credit if you choose to surrender it for spare parts
