Full UK service of all models of “Leveluk Kangen by Enagic” up to k8

 

We will service your Kangen ionizers for a fixed price which includes return postage (UPS). A typical service does not require spares and due to its nature takes a minimum of two working days.

You loved Kangen ionizers will be descaled and checked all over. We shall also clear all scum on the pipelines and carry out pH tests and comparisons to satisfy or internal quality control

If the machine is faulty we shall aim to repair it subject to parts availability and the degree of failure.

Should spares be required we shall communicate with you and only commence replacement after your approval. Please indicate in the Notes what the problem is prior to sending it for repair

Turn around is 5 working days after receipt of your Kangen ionizers.  The return is via UPS 24 hour trackable service and phone number is required.

As with all our repair services we can only offer three months limited warranty.

Should you need your Kangen ionizers serviced/repaired in a day please send urgently and state this in the eBay/PayPal transaction notes.  Additional fee of £20 needs to be paid

Additional fee of £20 needs to be paid should you wish to bring your Kangen ionizers to our London workshop for 24hrs service. This must be agreed in advance by calling 07979 094 967 / 020 7193 9494
