We provide a fixed-price repair service for Crosswater Digital Valves
The price includes return postage. Replacement parts are not included, however most faults are repairable without spares. If any parts are required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Turnaround time:

• 3 working days from receipt

• Returned via UPS 24-hour tracked service (phone number required)

• Express 1-day repair available for an additional £10

Warranty:

• 3-month limited warranty on the repair

Important information:

• Include the contol button/s and where possible the cable

• In rare cases where repair is uneconomical, we will refund the service fee and return or responsibly scrap the unit (postage may apply)
