Most Aqualisa Digital Diverters develop common, repairable faults, and in the majority of cases we can restore your unit to full working order for a fixed price of £99, including return postage.

In rare cases, a diverter may be found to be beyond economical repair. If this happens, no repair charge will apply and you can choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the service fee, with the unit responsibly scrapped, or

  • Return of the unit to you for an additional postage cost

Please note:
This is a repair service only. You will receive your own repaired unit, not a reconditioned or second-hand Aqualisa Digital Diverter.
