Deposit

A £399 part-refundable deposit is taken per unit at the time of swap.

We then:

• Inspect and evaluate your original Thermomix

• Clean, service and test it

• Prepare a written damage report and refund calculation

Once approved, you choose either:

• Refund of your deposit (less any repair costs), or

• Swap back to your original machine restored to near-new condition
