Service was amazing..repair and resend done in 2 days. Everything you needed to pay for was a line item on their website eg service fee, spare parts etc so it was an easy transaction. Absolutely exemplary. Many other businesses need to take a leaf from their book as doing business with them is often a struggle.

Our Aqualisa shower has not worked properly for at least 2 years. After receiving the loan processor pump which our plumber fitted it is working extremely well. The water pressure has never been so good> Would highly recommend

As a woman, I don’t know much about plumbing as I’ve never had to do it, but I would give Our Bathrooms more than 5 stars if I could. I called them last Friday and the lady was very helpful and went through everything. I posted my processor to them Monday. I was contacted by them on Tuesday about the issues, I made payment. I received my processor Wednesday lunchtime. 3 day turnaround. It arrived, clean, well packed, extra seals, new parts. They have saved me a small fortune as I was not in a position to replace with a new one. They were helpful, personal and reliable. Plus very affordable. I was able to remove and re install thanks to their videos. Thankyou for helping me Our Bathroom I will always be recommending you 😊

Our Aqualisa shower control unit was constantly dripping and while trying to source a replacement unit we found the team at Our Bathroom. Unsure about using this service to exchange the unit we made a quick phone call. The outcome was we ordered a loan item and sent ours off. Every stage was simple and efficiently dealt with and an hour after starting the replacement we were ready to roll with a repaired shower and no downtime. All in the busy period of Christmas when delays could be expected. All in all we can highly recommend this service and cant thank the team at Our Bathroom enough. Thanks for your great service.
